Principal - George Chambers 

George has extensive experience in an extraordinary range of project type, size and complexity. Recognised and respected in the profession from conceptual design through to superintendent role. Previous experience working directly for a property developer for over 8 years provides greater insight into aspects of project feasibility, product type and mix of quality cost-effective design. George is most respected for his ability to understand the needs of and respond to every stakeholder in complex projects such as large medical centres and educational facilities. George has extensive experience as director of the team leader within a specialist, respected well established practices within Brisbane, this is demonstrated by the capable consultant project team he is able to bring to any successful project outcome.

Principal - Vaughn Carnaffan 

Vaughn as the principal of the overseas affiliate office for a large international practice, completing many large-scale multiple award-winning complex projects in SE QLD, UAE, Taiwan, SE Asia, China and Japan.  Vaughn’s high-quality design input was instrumental in the completion of a range of interesting projects from small-scale boutique luxury residential to large-scale masterplans. Vaughn has extensive experience ranging from the role as a Design Director within some of Australia’s respected, international standard practices to practical hands-on design and documentation for smaller to mid-sized projects for local Developer focused practices.

Principal - Rene Castillo

With 18+ years of industry experience gained working with established Architectural practices, Rene is able to deliver on a clients brief with focus on design, budget and outcome from inception right through the delivery stages of a project. Highly passionate about end user experience resulting in to innovative solutions that achieve both carefully crafted aesthetic designs but also provide highly functional spaces. This passion has seen him deliver high quality projects ranging in varying scales and sectors such as master planning, residential, commercial and hospitality.

Principal - Safarin Savikon

Safa has more than 15 years of experience in architecture, ranging from design concepts, schematics, project management and construction. One of the notable involvements in his early days was in the Etihad Tower and Saadiyat Island Resort project in Abu Dhabi, UAE; covering design development and construction documentation led by DBI - Gold Coast. Prior to joining C2 Architecture, Safa was a team player in project management process, overseeing tender preparations, construction management and authority liaison in Kuala Lumpur. Apart from that, Safa is also highly skilled and passionate in design deliverables process, which becomes a key factor in translating design ideas into a well-functioning piece of architecture.
